Selecting files to be recovered

Scanning

After selecting the file type, you will be required to select the location from where your mails were lost. A list of common locations along with removable devices location, if any, will appear on the screen. Select the appropriate location and begin scanning. Files will begin scanning using the Quick Scan option automatically.

Deep Scanning

If you can’t find your lost mails through quick scanning option. Than try to find those using deep scan option. You can find both Quick Scan and Deep Scan options under Tree View tab appearing at the top screen of the software. Normally files are found using quick scan only but in few cases if it does not serve the purpose than deep scan will surely do your work.

Mail Recovery

After deep scan has been completed, you will find a list of files along with their path, status, created and modified dates appearing on the left side of the software. You can select the files from that list that you want to recover. Simply check the small box that appears before the relevant file and click on Recover. But make sure that you don’t recover your mail in the same location from where they were lost. Recover them in a new location. And now you are good to go. Your Outlook Mac mails have been recovered.
